دانلود فایل Solid State NMR Spectroscopy for Biopolymers پروتئین های ، فیبرها، پلی پپتیدها، اسیدهای نوکلئیک، پلی ساکاریدها و لیپیدها خانواده ای از مواد پلیمری هستند با ماهیت بیولوژیکی که به طور کلی بیوپلیمر ها را تشکیل می دهند. اهمیت بیوپلیمرها از نظر پژوهشگران مختلف می تواند متفاوت باشد برای مثال برخی از انها علاقمند به خواص بیولوژیکی آنها هستند در حالیکه برخی دیگر به کاربردهای صنعتی و پزشکی انها می پردازند. حال آنکه کارکتریزاسیون، تعیین ساختار مولکولی، ساختار دوم، دینامیک و ساختار سه بعدی آنها از نظر همه پژوهشگران در درجه اول قرار دارد.
اگرچه روش هایی نظیر کریستالوگرافی و طیف سنجی چند بعدی ابزار توانمندی برای این هدف هستند اما با محدودیت هایی همراه هستند و بدست آوردن اطلاعات از آنها چندان ساده و سرراست نیست. خصوصا اغلب این مواد نظیر پروتئین های غشا یا فیبرها به سختی کریستالیزه می شوند و اغلب به دلیل اثرات حلالیت یا جرم مولکولی موثر افزایش یافته از تفکیک طیفی کافی و مناسبی برخوردار نیستند. طیف سنجی رزونانس مغناطیس حالت جامد ابزار جایگزینی برای این اهداف می باشد که با داشتن پهنای خطوط مناسب و تفکیک طیفی بالا، اطلاعات ساختاری دقیقی را از جهت گیری دوگانه مولکول ها، فواصل بین اتمی، زوایای دی هدرال و ... مهیا می کند. کتاب
